Helen O'Byrne
Helen is a Registered Integrative Psychotherapist, Somatic Therapist, Trauma specialist, Sound & Music Therapist and Celtic Spirituality practitioner.
She is passionate about helping individuals overcome anxiety and past trauma and navigating challenging life transitions.

Our Services
Room Hire
If you are looking to find the right space to start your practice or move an existing business, we can help. With our diverse range of rooms and flexible options for hire, we can help simplify the process.
Our pricing is simple and easy - all four therapy rooms are $38.50 per hour (excl GST) or $95 (excl 10% GST) for a half day. Full day rate of $160 (excl 10% GST)
Workshop Room Rental
Our large workshop space offers flexibility on usage. With polished floorboards, high ceilings and open doors onto a large leafy balcony, it is the perfect space for yoga, workshops or other group classes.
Our workshop space is available rate of $55 per hour. All rates excl 10% GST. Full day rate of 9hrs with discount also on offer.
Full Centre hire for retreats is also available on request.

ELYSIAN HOLISTIC CENTRE ROOM RENTAL
Our story and why creating beautiful spaces for healing is at the heart of what we do.
As therapists ourselves, we understand the challenge of finding a great space to see clients. With a business to manage, finding a good location and rooms that suit your needs can be exhausting.
Frustrated with dreary medical rooms and premises located in locations with no access to nature, we decided to create a space that we wanted our clients to experience. In June of 2017, we opened our first holistic space which we grew into a successful healing centre over 4 years.
With a growing demand for rooms, in 2021 we embarked on renovating a much larger 170sqm building in leafy Anderson Park, Neutral Bay. With a unique location being close to the city and a stones throw to the water and surrounding nature trails, we knew this was a perfect spot for our expansion.
'Elysian Holistic Centre' has been designed to make it easy for therapists, coaches and small business owners to start their own private practice. All of our rooms are designed with modern furniture, comforting touches, calming interiors and flexible design. With a fully fitted kitchen, catering for workshops or groups is easy and baked goods and great coffee is available from the cafe next door.
We offer an easy booking system with different options to suit your needs. Our rooms can be rented by the hour or for those seeking longer duration or regular fixed days, we have packages to suit.

Our largest space is the Gaia room. With the capacity to hold up to 100 people, workshops, yoga classes, retreats or social community gatherings can be catered for.
The entire room opens up onto the outdoor balcony bringing in natural light and nature sounds. With reflective doors, the room is always filled with light even when the doors are closed and privacy required.
KALI ROOM
With soothing nature views, this room looks directly into the tree canopy. This tranquil room is an inviting space filled with an abundance of natural light.
With reflective glass, complete privacy is maintained from the nature verandah. With comfortable furnishings, this room is ideal for both individual and couples therapy.
AIRMID ROOM
Located at the back of the centre, this light filled room can be used for meetings, therapy or consulting.
With access to a small courtyard this room is filled with natural light. Ample desk space is provided if working on laptop or consulting is required. Also Ideal to book when using the large Gaia space as breakout room. This room is currently booked out full time until end of June 2025.
MORRIGAN ROOM
Located in the atrium of the space, this peaceful room is ideal for both therapy and bodywork. With natural light looking into a small courtyard, you can create a cocooned darkened room if desired.
With a two seater couch and large wing-back chair, this room also allows plenty of space for a massage bed.
LUNA ROOM
With timber flooring and the radiant warmth of yellow accents, our Luna room is both calming and uplifting. With natural light via the window or skylight, you can keep this room light filled or darken as required. With sufficient space, this room has the flexibility for multiple usage.
Therapy sessions, consulting room, bodywork or a meeting space would all work and we have a whiteboard for use if needed also.
